Refund Policy

We want you to get value from what you buy. If something didn't deliver, we'd rather refund you than fight about it. This page tells you exactly how that works.

1. The short version

  • One-time digital products (Skills, audits, playbooks). 14-day no-questions-asked refund, then case-by-case after that.
  • Operator subscription. Cancel any time. We do not pro-rate the current period; your access continues until the end of that period and you won't be charged again.
  • Animate credits. Subscription is cancel-any-time on the same terms. Unused credits expire at the end of the period. Consumed credits are not refundable (the generation providers charged us when you used them).
  • Bundles. Same 14-day window as one-time products, refunded as a whole bundle (not per item).
Before you chargeback. Email hello@dtcgrowth.ai first. We almost always resolve issues within 24 hours, including issuing a refund when warranted. Chargebacks cost both sides time and money and risk your card relationship; we'd rather just handle it.

2. One-time digital products

If you buy a Skill, an audit, a playbook, or any other one-time digital product:

  • You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a full refund, no reason required.
  • After 14 days, refunds are case-by-case. If the product didn't work as described, or you didn't get what you paid for, email us with the order details and we'll resolve it.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. They usually appear in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Operator subscription

You can cancel your Operator subscription any time from the account page or by emailing us. Specifics:

  • Cancellation stops future renewals. We do not pro-rate or refund the current billing period.
  • You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days, except where required by law. Within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund of the annual charge.
  • If you believe you were charged in error (for example, double-billed, or charged after a cancellation we missed), email us immediately. We will refund any erroneous charge in full.

4. Animate

Animate is a credit-based subscription:

  • The monthly subscription fee is refundable within the first 14 days only if no credits have been consumed. Once you've run a generation, the providers charge us; we can't refund what we already paid out.
  • Unused credits at the end of a billing period do not roll over.
  • If a generation fails on our side, we refund the credits automatically. If you believe a credit was incorrectly consumed, email us with the job ID.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@dtcgrowth.ai from the address on your order. Include:

  • The order or subscription you're asking about (a Stripe receipt PDF or the email subject works).
  • What you'd like (full refund, partial refund, account credit, or just cancellation).
  • A sentence about the situation so we can make it right or learn from it.

We respond within one business day, usually faster. Refunds approved are processed same-day through Stripe.

6. Exceptions

  • Fraud or abuse. We may decline refunds and revoke access for accounts that violate the Terms of Service, including bulk Skill resale or attempts to game the refund window across multiple accounts.
  • Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may revoke any active subscription or product access pending resolution.
  • Custom work. Any custom or one-off consulting we agree to in writing is governed by the separate scope and refund terms in that agreement, not this page.

7. Updates

We may update this Refund Policy. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Refunds requested before a change are evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
